Rollacoat LLC will replace defective products at no cost to the customer.

Rollacoat Return Policy Thank you for choosing Rollacoat for your travel needs. We stand behind our product and are committed to your satisfaction. Here’s our return policy: Defective Merchandise: If you receive a defective Rollacoat, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate a replacement. Returns: Non-defective Rollacoats can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. How to Return or Exchange: Contact Us: Email us at customer.service@rollacoat.com (mailto:customer.service@rollacoat.com) with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and any photos if reporting a defect. Ship the Product: Once approved, we'll provide you with return shipping instructions. For defective items, we'll cover the shipping costs. Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, we'll inspect it. If conditions are met: Defective items will be replaced immediately. Non-defective returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receipt. Exchanges: If you require a different size or color, please treat it as a return, and then place a new order for the desired item. Limitations: This policy does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Warranty: Beyond the 30-day period for defects, we offer a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for Rollacoat. Please contact us if you encounter issues post-return period.
