Here's how we handle shipping: Shipping Options: Customers can choose from the available shipping methods at checkout. Options may include: Economy Shipping: Free on orders of 2 or more Rollacoats. Standard delivery, typically takes 5-10 business days. Standard Shipping: Priced per item, with delivery in 3-5 business days. Expedited Shipping: For those in a hurry, offering delivery in 1-3 business days for an additional fee. Shipping Area: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the Continental United States. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Order Tracking: After your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep. Shipping Costs: Standard and Expedited shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination. Remember, orders of 2 or more Rollacoats qualify for free economy shipping. Lost or Damaged Goods: If your Rollacoat arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
